Mobile Field Collection App
Android-optimised PWA for field agents. Phone+PIN login, offline form saving, multi-photo upload, GPS auto-capture. Works without internet — syncs when connectivity returns.
Backend API & Cloud Storage
Node.js API receiving all agent submissions. Photos, videos, and documents stored in Cloudflare R2. JWT authentication with role-based access control.
Real-Time Oversight Dashboard
Web dashboard with interactive ward map, project registry, budget vs delivery analysis, ward scorecard engine (0–100 point system), and media library.
Report Generator
One-click PDF and DOCX accountability reports — full county report, single ward report, or sector-specific reports. Auto-populates with field evidence and recommendations.
Automatic 100-Point Ward Ratings
The dashboard auto-calculates a scorecard for every ward based on field submissions across six dimensions. Wards are colour-coded Green (80+), Yellow (60–79), Red (40–59), or Black (below 40).
